The IMD pump is a high-power, high-lift fluorine plastic magnetic-driven pump. The pump’s design and installation dimensions are in accordance with ISO international standards. All specifications feature a direct motor coupling, supported by an intermediate bracket, with a compact structure that allows for easy disassembly. The main components are made of steel-lined F46, providing high pump body strength. The inner and outer magnets are made of high-performance magnetic material, "Neodymium Iron Boron," and the isolation sleeve is made from imported non-metallic materials, significantly reducing magnetic eddy current loss. This pump is capable of transporting high-concentration, corrosive media with a density greater than 1.9t/m3.
The drive method is a magnetic indirect, non-contact drive, with complete isolation between the inner and outer magnets via the isolation sleeve. This ensures the pump chamber is entirely sealed, eliminating leakage and preventing any pollution of the working environment. It is especially suitable for transporting highly acidic, alkaline, oxidative, flammable, explosive, toxic, and volatile media. Applications
The IMD series magnetic pump, with a flow rate of 6-120m³/h and a head of 15-40m, is suitable for transporting highly corrosive, flammable, toxic, and volatile chemical media.

1. Leakage Prevention Design and Working Principle
The pump eliminates the need for shaft seals by utilizing magnetic coupling for indirect drive, eliminating leakage issues and preventing pollution of the working environment.
The pump’s flow parts are made of "fluoroplastic alloy," allowing for continuous transportation of any concentration of acids, alkalis, strong oxidizers, and other corrosive media without damage.
The drive unit uses a permanent magnet coupling directly mounted on the motor shaft. The pump chamber is fully sealed, and the impeller rotates through a magnetic coupling. This design is compact, safe, and energy-efficient.
