The NMLEW-type split double-insulated magnetic drive centrifugal pump (referred to as NMLEW magnetic pump) and the NMLSW-type split triple-insulated magnetic drive centrifugal pump (referred to as NMLSW magnetic pump) are newly developed, fully leak-proof, and corrosion-resistant pumps based on market demands and existing magnetic pumps. These pumps mainly consist of an electric motor, a magnetic coupling, and an insulated corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. The power is transmitted through the magnetic coupling, ensuring no leakage. The key feature is that when the electric motor drives the outer magnet of the magnetic driver to rotate, the magnetic lines pass through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnet, causing the pump shaft to rotate synchronously with the motor, thus transmitting torque without contact. At the input end of the pump shaft, since the liquid is enclosed within the stationary isolation sleeve, there are no dynamic seals, thereby eliminating the common issues of leakage in the petroleum and chemical industries, ensuring completely leak-free operation.
These pump models are designed according to the ISO2858 and HG/T2730 standards, with interface dimensions compatible with replacing other chemical pump models such as IH and CZ, offering good interchangeability, high efficiency, and low vibration.
The NMLEW series double-insulated high-magnetic stainless steel magnetic pump uses high-temperature cobalt material for the inner and outer magnets, providing high magnetic efficiency and a low-temperature coefficient. A special insulation layer is added to the pump casing and pump cover, specifically designed for mediums prone to crystallization that require insulation. For high-temperature mediums above 200°C, a metal wound gasket (code NMLEWD) is used for sealing.
The NMLSW series triple-insulated stainless steel magnetic pump is based on the NMLEW series double-insulated stainless steel magnetic pump, with additional insulation layers on the casing, pump cover, and isolation sleeve, specifically for mediums prone to crystallization. For high-temperature mediums above 200°C, a metal wound gasket (code NMLSWD) is used for sealing.
The modular structure makes it very easy to disassemble and maintain, greatly reducing the professional expertise required from maintenance personnel. The pump can be equipped with dry-running protection and temperature monitoring devices as per the user's requirements to prevent pump damage caused by dry running.
The pump ensures absolute leakage-free operation, completely solving the leakage issue inherent in sealed pumps, making it the best alternative to shielded pumps.
