The NMLEW-type split double-insulated magnetic drive centrifugal pump (also known as the NMLEW magnetic pump) and the NMLSW-type split triple-insulated magnetic drive centrifugal pump (referred to as the NMLSW magnetic pump) are newly designed, fully sealed, and corrosion-resistant pumps developed in response to market demand and existing magnetic pump technologies. These pumps primarily consist of an electric motor, magnetic coupling, and an insulated corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. The power is transferred through the magnetic coupling, eliminating leakage. The defining characteristic of these pumps is the absence of physical contact when the electric motor rotates the outer magnet of the magnetic driver. The magnetic lines pass through the gap and isolation sleeve, affecting the inner magnet, which causes the pump shaft to rotate in unison with the motor, effectively transmitting torque without direct contact. Since the liquid is enclosed within the stationary isolation sleeve at the pump shaft's input, no dynamic seals are present, thus preventing the common leakage issues faced by the petroleum and chemical industries, ensuring completely leak-free operation.
These models are designed according to the ISO2858 and HG/T2730 standards, with interface dimensions compatible with replacing other chemical pump models such as IH and CZ. The pumps offer excellent interchangeability, high efficiency, and low vibration.
The NMLEW series double-insulated high-magnetic stainless steel magnetic pump uses high-temperature cobalt material for both inner and outer magnets, offering high magnetic efficiency and low-temperature sensitivity. The pump casing and cover are equipped with an additional insulation layer, specifically designed to handle media prone to crystallization and requiring insulation. For high-temperature media exceeding 200°C, a metal wound gasket (designated NMLEWD) is utilized for sealing.
The NMLSW series triple-insulated stainless steel magnetic pump builds upon the NMLEW series, with added insulation layers on the casing, cover, and isolation sleeve, making it suitable for media that tend to crystallize. For high-temperature applications above 200°C, the metal wound gasket (designated NMLSWD) is used for sealing.
The modular design simplifies disassembly and maintenance, significantly reducing the expertise required from maintenance staff. Additionally, the pump can be fitted with dry-running protection and temperature monitoring devices based on user needs, effectively preventing damage caused by dry running.
This pump guarantees a completely leak-free operation, providing a reliable solution to the leakage problems common in sealed pumps, and is the optimal replacement for shielded pumps.
