The FZB series fluoroplastic self-priming pump is a new generation of corrosion-resistant self-priming centrifugal pumps developed by our company. It is based on the fluoroplastic lining process of the IHF centrifugal pump and improvements to the traditional ZX and ZW self-priming centrifugal pumps. This pump retains the self-priming function of the ZX and ZW pumps, while the fluoroplastic lining significantly enhances its corrosion resistance. The flange design meets national standards, and the shaft seal adopts an advanced external bellows mechanical seal. The self-priming height can reach 4 meters, and with the addition of a check valve, it can be further increased by 1-3 meters. This pump only needs to be filled with liquid before the first use. When the liquid level is below 1.5 meters, it offers cost-effective advantages over submerged pumps, including easy maintenance, long service life, and low operating costs.
This series of pumps adheres to ISO2858 and GB/T5656 standards. The pump interface sizes are compatible with replacing chemical pumps such as ZX and ZW, offering good interchangeability, high efficiency, and low vibration. It is widely applicable in industries including papermaking, electroplating, wastewater treatment, flue gas treatment, new energy, and new materials.

The mechanical seal of the FZB series fluoroplastic self-priming centrifugal pumps typically uses a single-end external WB2 mechanical seal. The silicon carbide mechanical seal rings are lightweight, and have a small thermal expansion coefficient, high hardness, and good high-temperature strength.
The FZB series self-priming centrifugal pumps offer high customization. Depending on the actual operating conditions, the mechanical seal type can be changed. For corrosive media with crystallization or particles, a double-end water-washed, cartridge-style mechanical seal can be selected.
The bearing box components of the FZB series pumps use grease lubrication (for larger pumps, oil lubrication is used), which prevents issues such as oil leakage, bearing slippage, and overheating that may lead to bearing damage.
The FZB series pumps have a simple structure, are easy to maintain, and can be disassembled and repaired easily, reducing the professional expertise required for maintenance.

The FZB series fluoroplastic self-priming centrifugal pumps are designed and manufactured according to international standards, combining the process of non-metallic lined fluoroplastic centrifugal pumps. The main structure is based on the IHF fluoroplastic centrifugal pump, with a double-volute self-priming pump body to achieve its self-priming function. The pump body is made of a metal shell lined with perfluoroethylene propylene (F46/PFA), offering strong pressure resistance. All flow parts are made of fluoroplastic alloys and components such as the pump cover and impeller are formed by sintering and molding with a metal insert wrapped in fluoroplastic. The corrosion resistance is excellent, and the shaft seal uses an advanced external bellows mechanical seal. The stationary ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride), and the rotating ring uses PTFE-filled material, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and wear-proof sealing. Both the inlet and outlet flanges are reinforced with cast steel to enhance pressure resistance. Designed specifically for low liquid level conditions, the most notable advantage is its self-priming function, allowing the pump to be mounted above the tank, making installation easy, operation simple, and maintenance convenient. The self-priming height can be adjusted between 1 to 3 meters based on the density of the media being transported.
