NMQGD-High temperature stainless steel magnetic pump

The NMQ-G series magnetic pump (referred to as NMQ-G magnetic pump) is a high-temperature, high-pressure magnetic pump product developed by our company for the heavy chemical industry. This series of magnetic pumps uses high-temperature resistant magnets that will never demagnetize below 350°C. The friction pair employs temperature compensation technology, effectively solving the problem of damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction of pump components. Additionally, friction pairs can be equipped with different materials based on operating conditions. The isolation sleeve uses advanced arc-shaped technology, making it 1.2 times more pressure-resistant than traditional isolation sleeves. Various bearing box configurations ensure safe operation under different conditions and temperatures, and the modular structure facilitates easier maintenance for users.

Designed according to ISO2858 and HG/T2730 standards, the pump interface dimensions are compatible with replacing other chemical pumps like IH and CZ, offering good interchangeability, high efficiency, and low vibration.

The inner and outer magnets are made from samarium-cobalt permanent magnetic materials, providing high magnetic efficiency and strong high-temperature resistance.

The modular structure is easy to disassemble and maintain, significantly reducing the technical requirements for maintenance personnel.

Dry-running protection devices can be configured according to user requirements to prevent damage caused by dry running.

The pump operates with absolute leakage prevention, thoroughly solving the leakage issues common with sealed pumps, making it the best alternative to shielded pumps.

Applicable Fields: Environmental protection, petrochemicals, food, biopharmaceuticals, power generation, mining metallurgy, textile printing and dyeing, aerospace, and other industries, such as refineries, ethylene plants, natural gas processing plants, various chemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, nuclear fuel plants, nuclear power plants, etc.

Applicable Processes: Clean, flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, high-temperature, high-pressure, precious liquids, and other media requiring leakage prevention, where contamination of the medium by seals is not allowed.

Materials: The flow components of the pump can be made from various corrosion-resistant materials based on the operating conditions and user requirements, such as 304, 304L, 302, 321, 316, 316L, 904, titanium alloys, Hastelloy, nickel-based alloys, etc. For special needs, custom designs can be made based on specific operating conditions.

High-temperature stainless steel magnetic pump, NMQG for temperature resistance below 200 C, NMQGD for temperature resistance between 200 C and 320 C， is a new type of high temperature leak-free corrosion-resistant pump developed by our company according to the current user and market demand, combined with the existing magnetic pump in the market. The unique structural design of NMQGD prevents the failure of components due to thermal expansion at high temperatures.
