NMZ Series Magnetic Drive Self-Priming Pump (referred to as NMZ Magnetic Self-Priming Pump) is a new type of completely leak-free, corrosion-resistant pump developed by our company based on current user and market demands, combining the existing magnetic drive pumps on the market. It consists mainly of a motor, magnetic coupling, and corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump, utilizing the magnetic coupling to transmit power with zero leakage. The key feature is that when the motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic transmission device to rotate, the magnetic field passes through the gap and isolator sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump shaft and the motor to rotate synchronously, transmitting torque without contact. At the power input end of the pump shaft, since the liquid is sealed within the stationary isolator sleeve with no dynamic seals, the common issues of leakage such as running, venting, dripping, and leakage in the petrochemical industry are avoided, achieving complete leak-free operation.

Manufactured according to API688 and HG/T2730 standards, the pump interface size is compatible with replacing ZX, ZW, and other chemical self-priming pump models, offering good compatibility, high efficiency, and low vibration.

Uses neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material for the inner and outer magnetic steels, offering high magnetic efficiency and excellent high-temperature resistance.

Designed as a split type according to technical requirements, with the option to add insulation devices for crystalline media.

The modular structure is very easy to disassemble and maintain, significantly reducing the technical expertise required from maintenance personnel.

Can be equipped with a dry-running protector as requested by the user to avoid damage caused by dry running.

Completely leak-free, thoroughly solving the leakage problem of sealed pumps, and also the best replacement for shielded pumps.

Applicable Fields: Environmental protection, petroleum, chemical industry, food, biopharmaceuticals, power generation, metallurgy, aerospace, and other industries such as refineries, ethylene plants, natural gas processing plants, various chemical factories, pharmaceutical plants, nuclear fuel plants, nuclear power plants, etc.

Applicable Processes: Clean, flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, valuable liquids, and other situations where no leakage is allowed, and sealing contamination of the medium is not acceptable.

Materials:
The pump's flow parts can be made from various corrosion-resistant materials such as 304, 304L, 302, 321, 316, 316L, 904, titanium alloy, nickel-based alloys, etc., according to the working conditions and user requirements. Special designs and manufacturing can be provided based on specific conditions.

Design Instruction
NMZ (Magnetic Self-Priming Pump) and NMZLEW (Two Thermal Insulation Magnetic Self-Priming Pump) are new leakage-free magnetic self-priming pumps developed by our company on the basis of NMQ magnetic pump. This series of self-priming pumps is the same as the common parts of NMQ magnetic pumps.
The pump body is composed of a liquid suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a volute, a reflux hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber, and the like. This pump only needs to be started for the first time and can be started directly when used later. It is suitable for special occasions such as heavy pollution and precious liquids. In recent years, it has been widely used in unloading pumps, which can prevent dry grinding and emptying, and is an ideal product for unloading pumps in tank areas.
